New color guests must book a consultation prior to an appointment. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for first time color guests. Your deposit will apply to your first color service total. Cancellations must be done 48 hours in advance unless emergency. Please contact me to cancel. Should you cancel your appointment after the 48-hour range (last minute cancellation), you will be charged 50% of your missed appointment in order to book another appointment. Refunds are not offered for any reason. Should you be dissatisfied, I will gladly adjust your hair at no cost within one week of the scheduled service. Please contact me as soon as you can to arrange.
